At GPP Extreme Pressure, we manufacture a complete line of high-quality fittings and accessories for the waterjet and food processing industries. We offer many OEM compatible parts rated at 94,000 psi [6,481 bar] including a 3/8” Trunnioned cross fitting, p/n 014523-1. These fittings, GPP p/n AX-94K6-TN, use a trunnion plate on either side of the fitting which, when clamped together, puts compression on the bore intersection area, increasing the cycle life of the fitting. These fittings are made from precipitation hardened 15-5 stainless steel, whose chemical composition and mechanical properties are strictly controlled. Each bar of material used to manufacture these parts has passed the requirements of the specification written and controlled by GPP Extreme Pressure engineers, whose experience spans decades in the field.
