GPP Extreme Pressure Components Manufactures high quality manual and air actuated valves for the water jet parts and food processing industries. Decades of engineering and manufacturing experience stand behind the many variations available. All ultra high pressure valves and high pressure water jet parts feature non-rotating, two-piece stems with reduced operating torque. Configurations include two-way angle and straight, and three-way, both one on pressure and two on pressure in sizes ranging from ¼” to 1”. Pressure ranges include NPT, 20K, 43K, 66K, 94K (compatible with Flow equipment) and 100K (compatible with KMT equipment).
Ultra High Pressure 100,000 psi Valves
Ultra High Pressure Capabilities
We also offer ultra high pressure valves and high pressure water jet parts that can handle pressures up to 100,000 psi compatible with KMT equipment.
No matter the pressure level, our ultra high pressure valves are built to withstand extreme conditions and provide optimal performance. We also offer a variety of valve configurations, including ultra high pressure 3 way valves and high pressure angle valves, in sizes ranging from ¼” to 1”.
Benefits of Our Ultra High Pressure Water jet Parts
Our ultra high pressure parts are engineered for exceptional durability and reliability, even in the most demanding high-pressure environments. By utilizing advanced materials and precision manufacturing techniques, our ultra high pressure parts provide superior resistance to wear and corrosion, making them an ideal choice for applications where safety and consistency are paramount.
Additionally, our ultra high pressure 3 way valves feature a two-piece stem design to eliminate the risk of seizing, which can occur in high-pressure systems.
- Withstanding extreme pressures without failure or leaks
- Maintaining precise control over flow and pressure
- Easy maintenance of ultra high pressure valves and water jet parts
Extended product lifespan due to high-quality materials and construction
