Inspection and Testing: GPP’s tubing undergoes rigorous inspections to ensure it is free from seams, laps, flaws, fissures, intergranular carbide precipitation, and corrosion. Mechanical properties are confirmed through lot testing, and hydrostatic tests are conducted at working pressure to ensure the integrity of our tubing. We also perform wall inspection and testing by OD Eddy Current per ISO 10893-2:2011.

Special Process: We use “autofrettage” to extend the service life of our high-pressure tubes. This one-time over-pressurization during manufacturing adds beneficial residual stresses, resulting in our 66,000psi tubing achieving up to 2.6 times longer service life.
